I used Appleton Jamaican Rum for the fireworks (flambee would the term). The dish was served with two scoops of vanilla ice cream, one large folded crepe (4 ways), and the flambeed bananas spread all over. (final dish inside)
Look it’s even decorated with a happy face. yay for banana foster.
